Orders and delivery
How much is delivery to my country?
Every product page shows the real price and time to your country, and the checkout shows the final price for your address. The Delivery and customs page has a price table by country.
When will my order arrive?
Pieces in stock leave Meknes in 1 to 3 business days, then travel for the time shown at checkout: about 7 to 15 business days to Europe by post, 2 to 4 by express.
Will I pay customs fees?
Outside Morocco, your country may charge import VAT or duties, collected by the carrier on delivery. They are not included in our prices. See Customs, VAT and duties.
Where is my parcel?
We email you the tracking number when it leaves. Signed-in customers also find it under their orders. See Track an order.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, until the parcel is packed. Write to us quickly with your order number.
The pieces
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but not identical: each piece is made by hand and the wood's grain and colour are never the same twice.
Are the earring hooks silver?
The Tilelli and crochet earrings hang on silver 925 hooks, as the product page says. The beech drop earrings use metal hooks.
What do the signs mean?
Each sign comes from the Amazigh tattoos of the Atlas or from Moroccan architecture. The Craft and symbols page explains them.
Can I choose the letter on the pin?
Yes: choose it on the product page. The pin is embroidered for you, so it leaves in 4 to 7 business days.
How do I look after wood?
Keep it dry, away from perfume and strong sun, and give it a drop of oil once or twice a year. See Caring for wood.
Payment
How can I pay?
By card, through Stripe's secure payment. Depending on your country and device, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local methods may also be offered.
Which currency will I be charged in?
In the currency shown on the store for your country: dirhams, euros, pounds, US, Canadian or Australian dollars. Change country at the top of any page.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes. Enter their address and phone number as the delivery address, and yours as the billing address.
