Orders
Your order is a contract once you receive our confirmation email. Our pieces are handmade in small numbers: if a piece turns out to be unavailable after you ordered, we tell you at once and refund it in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your country and are charged in that currency. Delivery is shown separately at checkout, calculated for your parcel and address. Prices do not include import VAT, duties or fees charged by your country on delivery; these are yours to pay.
Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place the order. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
We send your order to the address you give, with the service you choose, as described on Delivery and customs. Delivery times are estimates given by the carriers and can change. The pieces are yours, and at your risk, once they are delivered.
Returns and cancellation
You may cancel a delivered order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, except for pieces made to order for you and candles once lit. The conditions are on the Returns page. Consumers keep any stronger rights their own law gives them.
Handmade pieces
Every piece is made by hand from natural materials. Small differences in grain, colour, size and painting from the photographs are part of the piece and not a defect.
Liability
If a piece arrives damaged or is not as described, we replace or refund it as set out on the Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Designs and photographs
The designs, photographs and texts of this store belong to Tounza. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Applicable law and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first: most problems are solved in a message or two. These terms are governed by the law named below where one is given, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live.
