When your parcel leaves
Pieces in stock leave the workshop within 1 to 3 business days. Pieces made to order, like the embroidered initial pin, take 4 to 7 business days; the product page says which. Delivery times below start from that day.
How it travels
At checkout you choose between the services that can carry your parcel to your address:
- Tracked post: Barid Al-Maghrib (Poste Maroc) small packet with tracking, for parcels up to 2 kg. The most affordable way for jewelry.
- Postal parcel: Barid Al-Maghrib PostColis, tracked, for parcels too large or heavy for a small packet, or countries it does not reach.
- Express: Chrono Express International, door to door, a few business days to most countries.
- DHL Express and Aramex: door to door by courier, offered where our accounts are active, with the price quoted by the carrier for your exact address.
- Amana: inside Morocco, delivered to your door, usually within 1 to 4 days.
How the price is worked out
You pay what the carrier charges for your parcel, nothing more. We work it out like this:
1The parcel
Your pieces are packed in the smallest box or padded mailer that protects them. Glass gets a rigid box and extra padding. We weigh the whole parcel, box included.
2The tariff
The weight and your country give the carrier's public price. For couriers, a large light box is priced on its volume if that is higher.
3Your currency
The carriers price in dirhams; we convert with the day's exchange rate plus 2 percent to cover the card payment's currency conversion, rounded up to the next 10 cents.
Several pieces travel together in one parcel whenever they fit, so the second piece usually adds very little to delivery.
Delivery prices by country
Real prices for three typical parcels, worked out by the same engine as the checkout.

How long it takes
Times are in business days after the parcel leaves Meknes, as shown at checkout. By post: about 7 to 15 days to Europe and the Maghreb, 8 to 18 to the Middle East, 10 to 20 to North America, 10 to 25 to the rest of the world. By express: about 2 to 4 days to Europe, 3 to 6 to North America and the Gulf, 4 to 8 elsewhere. Customs checks and public holidays can add a few days.
Tracking
Every service is tracked. When your parcel leaves, we email you the carrier and the tracking number. See Track an order.
Customs, VAT and duties
Your parcel is an import into your country. Prices on this store do not include your country's import taxes: when they apply, the carrier or your post office collects them, with its own handling fee, before or at delivery. It may text or email you a payment link; keep your phone number on the order correct.
- European Union: import VAT applies to every parcel, whatever its value. Since 1 July 2026 a customs duty of 3 euros per item also applies to parcels under 150 euros.
- United Kingdom: import VAT of 20 percent may be collected on delivery.
- United States: the duty-free threshold for small parcels no longer applies; duty may be collected before delivery.
- Canada: duty and tax may apply above 20 Canadian dollars.
- Australia: GST may apply.
- Morocco: no customs.
Rules change often. Your country's customs service has the current figures.
Addresses and returned parcels
Please check your address and phone number carefully: we check the format at checkout, but a parcel that cannot be delivered travels back to Morocco, which can take weeks. If that happens, we contact you to send it again; the new delivery is charged at cost.
