What we collect and why

• To deliver your order: your name, delivery and billing addresses, email and phone number, and what you bought.
• To take payment: Stripe processes your card; we receive only the result and the last digits.
• To answer you: what you write in the contact form.
• For your account, if you create one: your email, password (stored encrypted) and saved addresses.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us deliver your order, and only what they need:

• the carrier you choose (Barid Al-Maghrib, Chronopost Maroc, DHL Express or Aramex) and, through it, the customs and post of your country: your name, address, phone number and the contents of the parcel;
• Stripe, for payment;
• our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf.

Your parcel travels from Morocco, so your delivery details go to Morocco and to the carriers in the countries it passes through.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the store needs to work: your bag, your country and language, and your session if you sign in. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Messages are kept for two years after we last reply. You can close your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to us from the contact page. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Morocco, to the CNDP.
