You receive a confirmation by email with your order number.
2Packed in Meknes
Your pieces are checked, wrapped and packed within 1 to 3 business days, or 4 to 7 for made-to-order pieces.
3On its way
We email you the carrier and the tracking number the day the parcel leaves.
4Customs and delivery
Outside Morocco, your country's customs may ask for import taxes; the carrier contacts you if so.
Finding your tracking number
- Check your email, including spam: the shipping email has the tracking number and a link.
- Signed in? Every order and its status is under your orders.
- Ordered as a guest? Write to us from the contact page with your order number.
Postal tracking can pause for a few days between countries, especially at customs. That is normal; if it has not moved for two weeks, write to us and we will ask the carrier.
